Redesign for SmartLock App
This was my first solo mobile app design project, focusing on a SmartLock application. I completely redesigned the outdated UI to align with user preferences and improved key interaction flows, resulting in a more intuitive and user-centered app experience.

To solve complains from users. Besides, add new functions on this app. This app has been launched for 2 years with outdated UI.

I tagged different videos by 3 different colors to group up videos, and placed the timeline next to corresponded events.

Flexible drawer
Instead of jumping between small screen to full screen, a drawer is designer to make it easier.
